Inshore Fishing
On this trip we will be targeting snook, trout, and redfish. We generally fish between Manatee River , Sunshine Skyway, and Anna Maria. This is a great family trip that is awesome for kids in particular.
Nearshore Fishing
On this trip we typically head out up to 9 miles offshore. We fish ledges, rock piles, and hard bottom. We often catch pelagic species mixed in with bottom species as well. Typical catches include snapper, grouper, spanish mackerel, and kingfish.
Tarpon Fishing
Fishing/Snorkeling
This is a seasonal trip and extremely tide dependent. Start time will be discussed closer to the trip date. We spend May-August targeting tarpon with crabs and threadfin to maximize success. These are big fish, the typical size is over 100 pounds!
On this trip we will fish inshore or nearshore to start, and then wind down with a casual snorkeling trip at Egmont Key. This is a amazing family trip that is awesome for kids in particular, or for someone who is wanting to experience everything that our area has to offer.
